For green coffee, a full 20ft container (approx. 19 MT) is standard. Microlots and samples are available from 300 kg. Pulses and grains typically start at 20 MT per shipment. Contact us for smaller trial volumes.
We commonly work with FOB (Djibouti or Ethiopian port), CIF, and CFR depending on destination and buyer preference. Terms are confirmed in the sales contract.
Typical structures include advance payment, documentary collections (LC), or agreed milestones for established partners. First-time buyers may require advance or LC — negotiable based on relationship and volume.
Generally 4–8 weeks depending on product availability, processing queue, and logistics. Peak harvest season may require earlier booking.
Yes. We provide green coffee samples (250 g–1 kg) and grade samples for other commodities. Submit a dedicated pre-shipment sample (PSS) request with your lot preference, origin, process, and intended use.
Coffee: 60 kg jute bags, GrainPro liners optional. Pulses/grains: 50 kg PP woven bags. Custom packaging discussed for large contracts.
