Samples & Cupping
We arrange green or roasted samples (coffee) or grade samples (commodities) for your evaluation and approval.

Contract & Terms
Agree on price, Incoterms, payment terms, grading standards, and shipment schedule in a formal contract.

Processing & QC
Lots are processed, graded, and inspected at our facilities. Pre-shipment quality checks available on request.

Logistics & Export
Documentation, customs, container booking, and inland transport managed through our Logistics Department.

Delivery & Support
Shipment arrives at destination port. We remain available for documentation support and repeat orders.
